“Oh, man! The freshest fish! And you can count on cleanliness and freshness to all of their food and cooking methods. And you will never get a better lamb gyro, anywhere, ever. Absolutely mouth-watering! You taste it for at least an hour, after eating. SO good!”

“Wonderful tabbouli and hummus. I was there for take out and the owner brought out several things for me to try. It was very nice. I did not care for the kibble sandwich as it was cooked in the oven and chopped up. I prefer a nice party. Very friendly and enjoyed the cheeses and breads from the store.”

“They have all kinds of good food.... Fantastic double fried chicken wings excellent burgers and steaks and many other delicious items on their menu prices are reasonable and it's usually easy to get a table and it's not overly noisy they seem to play a lot of classic rock and they have a decent bar”

“I visited this place right after it opened. I enjoyed their interesting take on nachos (fries with a beef and cheese sauce for dipping) and their Bourbon Burger which was delicious. Due to circumstance, I hadn't been able to visit again until recently. Their menu has changed a bit and unfortunately, both of the aforementioned dishes no longer exist. The new nachos with more traditional chips were, in my opinion, not as great and I wasn't a fan but I did get the half priced appetizer for happy hour along with $2 off my beer. The burger I got came with an egg and bacon. It was still the same excellent quality I remember. Other than the food, the atmosphere is a bar/pub. TVs playing sports and lots of beer on tap. Overall a pleasant experience but I do wish they had those older menu items still.”

“True 5 course Italian dinners that are so much more than pasta and red sauce. Great antipasto to start, followed by salad, then separate pasta dish. Then the entree with choices of chops, salmon, lobster tails, chicken, assorted seafood choices, and of course the Traditional pasta favorites. Each dish was served with potatoes and a vegetable. Best mashed potatoes I have ever had at an Italian restaurant. Save room for dessert. The choices are very Traditional and delicious. If you are traveling the I84 route through Danbury or passing by on your way home from work, this Italian restaurant is worth stopping if you are a true foodie. Best Italian north of Brooklyn.”

“This bakery is located inside the Bethel Metro North Station is reason alone to choose to start your journey to all points south here, instead of Danbury. Everything is homemade on the premises. There are a number of gluten free options. Great way to support a local business instead of a big chain coffee shop.”

“It's amazing how much of the food you can actually taste. Sometimes you get a roll and can't taste the fish or your main ingredient but here you can. Got a simple salmon roll and tuna roll and shumai and it was delicious as can be. I'd highly recommend this location.”

“The food is excellent and their staff is the best. Originally, he only problem with the place was the fact that they had the tables crammed together. They correct this issue and it is now perfect. Probably the best restaurant in Bethel.”

“Well today was great they had a new cashier that actually likes his job. He is really upbeat and nice. It was a great change for the new year. Please hire more people like him. He double checked my order and even talked to his coemployee nicely to tell him he put the wrong sticker on the bag. I wish I knew your name but it's ok. You ha e positively impacted my day so I thank you personally.”

“Great Mediterranean food. Great cozy little space for regular dining and a nice dinner. Most seating is booth seating so call ahead for parties over four so they have heads up that you need the table seating. We made reservation for party of 12 at one point and it took up almost all the non booth seating. Even with that many people, noise level was still good for casual conversation. Great spot if you want to have a leisurely meal and conversation. Great food in a good size. Great sides as well. Perfectly done rice with the shish kabob”

“I love the atmosphere here. I was able to sit at a table, get some work done and my plate was brought over to me. So please believe me when I tell you, you just have to go in. Great, personable people with quality, quick and delicious food. Although it's a deli it definitely is a mix between deli, cafe and Starbucks... Try Frank's espresso and the Ryan special :). Thank you, for the awesome experience.”

“We did the prix fixe which was somewhat limiting in choice, as it should be as it costs less, but what I had was excellent. The calamari appetizer was to kill for and the salmon was cooked to perfection. Even the dessert, a chocolate cake with ice cream was luscious, even though I'm not much of a dessert person. We hope to go back to choose from the whole menu. My date raved about her meal as well and made a point of stating the Caesar Salad was perfect- something she says is not ever the case in other restaurants.”

“It was the first time that my husband and I tried Taproot. We are always looking for new and interesting places to try for dinner and Taproot succeed expectations. From the ambiance and service, we enjoyed every minute of our date night. Every bite of food was delicious. Would definitely come back to try another plate of food.”

“Don't like the fact that they don't have brewed sweet ice tea! Had trouble how to use the coke machine. The manager on duty came out to show me. How is fast food establishments are more expensive than Chinese. Service was great the food was good. French fries were better than the Fish Filet”

“Delicious. I got the Staten Island pizza and GF got the California BBQ chicken. Cute place but small inside. Pizzas were meticulously crafted and you could tell a lot of love went into them.”

“Juice is fine, but take it to go. The juicers are right out in the space and it sounds like a construction zone. Could not have a discussion in there because it was so loud.”

“Tasty food. The soup and a half sandwich or half salad combo makes a great meal. The pot pie is done with a puff pastry instead of standard pie crust and is excellent.”

“We all know the difference between 'clean Chinese food' and 'dirty Chinese'.. the dirtier the better. (In a Very Sanitary way) This is dirty Chinese. Super saucy, full of flavor, very friendly staff. Everything is made to order, so any personal preference in regards to your order are fully recognized and accommodated. I think the only downfall is there beverage selection. Otherwise this is the only Chinese food place that we order from, and there are at least five other options in the area. Ming Garden is definitely one of the best”
