I've been eating here since it was a little snack in a dirt lot. When they redid the place and built the big building, it was okay but the nostalgia was gone. I walked in yesterday and haven't been in for at least 6 months and the guy at the counter even remembered what I always ordered. The menu had expanded and changed since the old days but Nick and Gus and the rest of the crew are really doing things just like the old days only bigger and better. Keep up the good work gentlemen, 3 generations of my family are eating there and have never been disappointed.

This is a landmark hot dog joint with so much more. They use the best hot dogs and rolls.

Lately its a hit or miss with this place. My only guess is they have all the people on one shift. There is times the food is on point and made to order. Other times it seems the food is pre made / been sitting. A few times i was given a completely wrong order while using the drive thru. But like i said my order was perfect at times.

It was great. The food was good and hot. A little pricey.
    But it was great.
It's just too cold in the restaurant. You sit down and it's as cold as out side.
    There quick and friendly ????

A long-running Bridgeport institution famous for hot dogs. Once it was The Greeks', just a wood shack, no tables inside, but great. Now a glass and tile cathedral to fast food, but still great dogs. It's the basis of one of the 2 classic Bpt jokes: a cop is chasing a get-away car. The robber pulls into the Greeks' parking lot; the cop does too. They each get in line, there are a few people in between them, they get their dogs, go back to their cars and eat, then they resume their chase.
