Friendly owners and a great NY pie. Good selection of slices if you just want to grab something quick.

Bambinos is a straight up classic pizza/pasta joint, the kind that brings a slice of the Bronx right to Danbury. I have always gotten good food from Bambinos. Today, I ordered for delivery because of joint issues acting up and it being best on me to stay put.

My order arrived, and it was missing the side of meatballs that I ordered and was charged for. I called them up and probably gave them a harder time than they deserved. The end result was a lightning fast delivery of the missing meatballs as well as some garlic knots and a soda to make up for the inconvenience.

The lightning fast resolution made sure I was able to enjoy my lunch within my break time at work, and earned Bambinos 5 stars in my book.

Great itallian food. Amazing pizza. Been here a few times. Ordering is so quick. It's quite amazing. The food portions for the pasta are enough for 2 meals. I cant wait to go back and try more of the menu.

Everyone here is friendly. Place is very clean.

    Give it a try!

I grew up in Queens and Long Island in NY and have very high standards for pizza. This is my local go to spot. Reminds me of the pizza parlors I would go to when I was a kid in Queens. Food is very good and I always find the staff to be friendly. No, it's not glamorous but I tend to find that the places I like best are like this. My father who grew up in East New York (that's Brooklyn for those of you who do not know) is VERY particular about his pizza. When he came to visit me, we ordered pizza from here and he was pleasantly surprised as to how much he enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this place for good, basic, NY style pizza. The menu is rather limited but that's ok. I want my pizza to taste good and it always does. Whereas there were other local places, some much closer to my home, where I actually had to stop eating the pizza and throw it out as it was so bad. I've never thrown pizza out in my life, not even Pizza Hut or Dominoes, so to find that Bambino's had good pizza made me quite happy.
