Good breakfast, small but we got table quickly
Food and service were fine.
Small but funny gripe: what's with the stingy napkins?
We asked for more napkins because we were trying to clean up after our child and we were given TWO pitiful pieces of non-absorbant paper. Just two. We wanted to help clean up after ourselves but were forced to leave our mess.
If it's a cost savings effort, 15 cents was saved but what about the labor to clean the booth?
Excellent service. The fresh spinach & bacon omelette was delicous! The cheese blintzes were also delicous. This was a great start to our day!
Hadn’t been there in quite a while and I’m glad I went back this am after plowing snow, our waiter(an older gray haired gentleman, didn’t get his name),was probably the best wait staff I’ve had in a very long time,a lot of people do it because it’s their job but this man was so pleasant and attentive that it made for a great experience and the food was great too, I will definitely be going back again simply for his service, very highly recommended.
The food was /okay/. I probably would not get the same food if I were to visit again. I got the fish and chips plate and my fish seemed very overcooked. However, our server was the most polite and kind man I ever met in my life. He was always checking on us and seeing how everything was. I still ate my food, as I did not want to be a bother. Our server, who was an older gentleman, called us mom and dad. He was very sweet. I could hear him talking to other guests, who must be regulars. It was overall a nice experience. He packed up our leftover food for us.
