Mancuso's Restaurant & Bar

The only constant in life is change. Somethings never change and that is good. Mancuso's restaurant in Fairfield has been serving great traditional Italian cuisine since 1977. If a restaurant stays in business for almost 50 years is there really any negative publicity one can give? If there is it's insignificant. Mancuso's is absolutely delicious, family friendly, great ambience and very reasonably priced.
As I've said numerous times, "A business is only as good as the people it hires". Mancuso's has an excellent staff. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Our waiter, Brian, does not only possess these traits as an excellent waiter but his level of attentiveness made it seem like I had my own private butler. In addition to his great service his English was perfect!!!! Kudos to Brian and to Mancuso's.

My mother, infant daughter and I stopped here on our drive to nyc for dinner after finding it on a google search. And wow, did we have a great experience. Traveling and dining with a baby can sometimes be a stressful experience, but not here! The staff were all extremely accommodating, kind and even brought special treats for my daughter. The food was great, atmosphere was warm and pleasant. I would definitely come back here if stopping through town again.

Every time i try something new, it`s the best i ever had. You can taste the freshness in every bite.

Every time we go to the Sound Tigers or Blue Fish games, we stop for lunch or dinner.
We got to know Salvatore over the years, he is a Great Chef and Owner.

Take time out for this wonderful,Friendly, crisp atmosphere, very clean restaurant with Italian classic charm.
Our server Rhiannon was on top of her game. I didn't realize I dropped my cloth napkin. I saw her pick it up . She said" I'll bring you another one." Her delightful conversation and smile enhanced our day. She put together our take home home package to perfection.
The Chef complemented our day with Fantastic fare. My brother and I had palettes that were leaping for joy.
Every taste was better than the first. From presentation to an empty plate the meal was "Perfection" on a plate.
The house manager came over to visit with us. Her expertise about the house was described with a special flare.
