(February 12, 2019, 10:43 pm)The most consistently delicious restaurant in Fairfield. Martel is one of the longest standing restaurants and that's because owner Marty Levine knows what he's doing! He is always friendly and takes care of his customers, as does the entire staff. The food is always prepared fresh, tastes amazing and Chef Roland is incredibly knowledgeable and well trained. Great choice for happy hour as they have 4-6pm buck a shuck raw bar!

(January 11, 2019, 11:01 pm)Food was excellent and prepared perfectly for me anyway. I the Pan Grilled Duck Breast. To start I the escargot. It was made differently than I have had before. But I really enjoyed it. It is always good to try new things.
