Love this place! They have killer sandwiches - I recommend the turkey or roast beef. Fred also has such good dessert. I always stop by for the chocolate chip cookies! To top it off, Fred has the BEST service. It's always a pleasure eating here.

Huge fan- Fred is top quality. As a foodie I wanted to try everything in the place and almost did. I ordered the turkey cranberry wrap and loved every bite - get this! The crab cakes were spot on and super fresh. I got some mixed granola for the next morning, which was fantastic and extremely convenient on the go. I had to go for some dessert too and got the chocolate mousse and a chocolate chip cookie - all delicious. I’d say the cookie might be the best in CT but I’ll let the people decide - has my vote. Friendly people working too! Very excited about this place!

We loved Fred! My husband and I live in San Francisco and stopped in for lunch while visiting family- we shared a turkey cranberry wrap, a crab cake, and chocolate mousse. All delicious! The turkey wrap was so good we wished we got our own! They even have gluten free options which I consider a win. Overall great experience.

This place is adorable and the food is the best I have had! If you have a sweet tooth go for the chocolate chip cookies! Brownies are amazing as well!! Staff is so friendly and will help with all of your needs!!

EVERY single meal we've had from Fred is absolutely delicious. Fred and his staff are over-the-top friendly to every customer that is there. I love to cook myself, but it's soooo nice to walk into Fred, feel like you're home and get an awesome meal without lifting a finger!
