    Love the guacamole and the pineapple, cocoanut mojito but service starts slow.

    El Coyote is a great place to go eat authentic Mexican food. The the appetizers and entrees have not disappointed me yet, is also entertainment value to some of their dishes between their fried ice cream that is on fire when served, or their steak option that is served on a metal plate (with wood under it) that's still popping from the heat, hope you enjoy El Coyote as much as I did.
