Shah's Halal Food

Amazing food!! Amazing staff!! While traveling through CT I searched on google for some Halal Food and and a familiar name popped up on my phone, I thought it was a mistake but when I looked closely it was a shahs halal food in CT!! I was super excited and immediately changed my route to head that way. As I got to the location there was plenty of parking and the store looked amazing, and clean. The staff were looking so professional and they acted that way as well, the owners were all there making sure everything went smoothly as it was their first week open, I met the owners and shared with them that I have been a customer of shahs ever since they had a small cart on a corner in queens, they were super nice and appreciative. Now to the food!! I ordered the my usual lamb and chicken over rice with extra white sauce and a little hot sauce and I splurged a little and added pita ?!! The food was amazing and fresh like always!! I wish them much success and when I’m in the area I will surely visit again!!

Amazing people, amazing food, amazing prices. This has to be the best halal spot I’ve EVER been to. Let me begin with the team, they really care about the food and have integrity with the business. You can even taste their integrity through the food. I’ve gotta say you’re missing out if you don’t come here and try a platter, at least once. You just have to. The platter I’ve gotten was probably the best food I’ve ever had from takeout. The size of the platter was perfect for the price, and the flavor.... I was dreaming the next day at work about it. Everything is so fresh, make sure you get cilantro sauce with your cucumbers and tomatoes! I guarantee the only thing you will regret, is why we didn’t help get these guys in Norwalk sooner!!! I’ve gotta say this is my new spot and with the late night hours, insomniacs FLOCK HERE!!! Trust me when I tell you, you will NOT be disappointed at all from the moment you walk in the door till you get home and finish the last bit of your food.

We got their Gyros they were great!! I could only eat 1/2 it was so full!! Very friendly people and their prices are very inexpensive

Went to this new spot called Shah's Halal Food on their first day and all I can say is WOW! Spoke to the owners and they happen to be really BIG in NYC. Having authentic NYC Halal in Norwalk is amazing now! It saves me a trip to NYC. Their toppings are all amazing and are all complementary must try! Good Luck Guys!!
