    Pretty good but grand opening hasn’t happened so they don’t have all the stuff in the menu

    Went here for their soft opening today, only their ramen is available with no side menu items. Ordered the shio ramen and the shoyu ramen.

    Overall quite impressed. Their broth is flavorful, the pork is very well cooked and delicious, and the tamago is wonderful.

    My only suggestion would be to ask for no spinach, it isn't the best greens for this ramen and kind of takes away from the dish.

    I will be sure to come back to try out their side menu!
