I had steamed artichokes in olive oil and garlic to start, followed by a housemade pasta in a mushroom truffle sauce. Absolutely heavenly.
My partner had meatballs that rivalled his own (and he's a first generation Italian cook himself). He followed that with spinach pasta in a tomato sauce. We agreed that my dish was better than his, but they were both wonderful.
The bread and white bean dip was also great.
I highly recommend Siena!
