(February 14, 2019, 11:05 pm)It was my first visit last night and the kitchen/server gave me wrong food/to go order last night but LuLu made it right. She even brought my correct order to my hotel and made sure it was perfect. I went back today for Happy Hour and was greeted pleasantly by LuLu and she recognized me. I was also greeted by the Restaurant Manager who also wanted to make sure all was well.
They truly care about customer satisfaction at this establishment. Their quality of customer service is what has already made me what promises to be a loyal patron. -

(November 30, 2018, 6:21 pm)Just about the best burger I've ever gotten at a restaurant. Very fresh meat, super soft brioche, tasty WBC sauce, even the pickle slices were delicious! Service was also excellent.
