Tony's Brick Oven Pizza

Fast service. Reasonably priced. Great flavor to the sauce. Crust is just okay... In my humble opinion and limited experience, may be benefit from a slightly longer cooking time, shorter rising time and a higher gluten flour.

We went to try it since I heard from a friend how fabulous it was. It didn’t disappoint. I ordered a large pie with onions to go. The idea was to eat it next day, it smelled so good I broke down and had a slice. The crust was so delicious! The cheese and onions were perfect! This is my favorite pizza from now on! Thanks guys! Delicious!!!

Really nice local restaurant. I ordered too much and ate too much, but it was worth it. The staff are super friendly and made nice conversation. I thought the food and service was excellent. Recommended and if you're in the hotels down the block, worth the walk.

This is my absolute favorite! We have been coming here for years. Their is something very special about Tony and his food. We trust him and his team to feed us, comfort us, and as a bright, reliable star in our local establishment listings! We are concerned for Tony and his team because we found it closed yesterday in the early evening. The phone was also disconnected when I tried calling. I hope everything is alright for Tony and his Brick Oven team. It would be a significant loss to Stamford if his restaurant was to close because whatever Italian you are craving, from pizza pie to pasta dish, garlic knots, etc...they serve it up perfectly every time. High quality ingredients, well executed authentic recipes, excellent service, hot food hot and cold food cold (Believe it or not, a challenge for many of our areas qrestaurants, regardless of price). You always feel welcome. If you are in a hurry, they can do that, too!
