In my opinion, Peruvian food is always delicious wherever you get from. However, each place has there own unique way of seasoning each dish. VP uses spices that remind me of my mom's home cooking. Simple yet flavorfull, with a touch of white wine in some dishes. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Surprised at the selection of Peruvian dishes they serve. Largest one I've seen yet! Come hungry or bring someone to share with. Portions are quite large. Figure on spending 30-40 bucks for two ( food and drink)- great for sitdown lunch. They also have takeout which I noticed they had a lot of. Look up menu on there website and call ahead. Not the best place for a large group, but plenty of room for a seating of six. Very good dining experience. Will definitely go there again.

honestly I've been going here for years and the last few times I haven't gotten what I asked for when I ask for salad with no dressing it's still drunk stand dressing me and my kids want to eat their last week and at two people waiting on us the girl acted like she didn't want to wait on us for some reason she's more attentive to the other people that are eating in the place other than us. A little uncomfortable when I give them a lot of business for now on I will be going elsewhere to eat

Seafood soup is very good, big in size and flavor, it's a cilantro base broth with green peppers and rice grains. It is loaded with shrimp, calamari, crab and mussels. All of the other dishes I saw coming out of the kitchen looked good. The space is small and it could feel crowded and they were playing music very loudly which made it feel uncomfortable at times, maybe not so good for carrying a conversation. Prices are relatively low and the restaurant is clean; the staff are very serviceable
