Over priced drinks, very little food offerings, staff don't know much about what they are serving. Walked into the bar and we thought it was closed just a few sparce bodies sitting at the bar and staff members eating at back table. Came with our 11mo old and were told high chairs were not yet available, which was fine. Then as we waited for the rest of our party to arrive we figured we'd order drinks. Well first of all it took our waitress 15min before asking us what we wanted to drink, then when asking info on drinks were told to hold on while they ran over to bar since they were not knowledgeable on all drinks. Took long for them to serve the drinks as well seeing as there were only 6 other people in the establishment not sure why. Now the specialty drinks, while cool to look at were nothing more than watered down. The Moscow mule is nothing but a 64oz jug of ice and ginger ale, one would expect to get a buzz off one of these but got nothing! Then food came which menu is a very small variety of salads and sandwiches. Burgers are good but the tequila chicken sandwich was blah. After a few bites of the chicken sandwich my husband notices a hair...they bring him a new meal and comp us a salad which is why this review is 3 stars and not two. So beware of your budget and stay away from specialty drinks. Don't think this will last long unless they give better training to staff and put more alcohol in their pricey beverages.
Just learned about the soon to be opened Factory Bar and Grill, and then saw Angelina’s Google rating, which doesn’t make sense because the restaurant hasn’t even opened yet. That’s just not right! So, I was more compelled to post this. Anyway, I’m excited to experience The Factory when it opens! Stamford has been attracting some really great opportunities so I’m pumped to see this new venue space.
