Good grub from the storefront location. Brisket has a nice peppery bark. Ribs were a little dry although its possible they were too lean to begin with but seasoning was great-not too sweet, not too spicy. I didnt get the sense that they were overcooked so I'll give them a pass on that and try them again another time. The wings are phenomenal. We had them without sauce. Dont mess with perfection on these-they don't need sauce. Creative bbq sandwiches and parfaits are also on the menu with some basic salads, and standard sides.

Nice to have real bbq in Trumbull/next door to Monroe. Pulled pork & brisket were delectable, with a classic mustard-vinegar sauce for the pork and a red western style sauce for the beef. Beans & greens were righteous renditions of the classic sides. Menu offers sandwiches, plates, & family or party-size dishes. Mostly a takeout and catering place, but the rustic styled front room offers limited seating where you can enjoy a quick bite. Check out the fried mac n' cheese balls. They offer much more (including a bread pudding and pies that looked good), and we'll be back to try it all!

I tried this place tonight for the first time and I am floored with everything I got! Brisket, pork belly, Mac n cheese and greens. Oh and their fries are bomb too! I can't wait to go back there and try the rest of the menu!!!

Awesome BBQ, good portions, decent prices. I love the brisket and pork belly. The baked beans and amazing, nice and smokey. I am working my way through the rest of the menus slowly. Ribs and sausage are next on my list. There are a few shots to sit, but mostly a take out place. There are a couple of picnic tables outside for nice weather. And Drew is nice guy to boot
