Bangkok Republic

I’ve been here quite a few times and the staff is very friendly. The food is pretty good and there’s a wide variety of very good cocktails (usually pretty strong, too). However, the last two times I’ve gone I’ve been extremely disappointed with portion sizes. The prices seem really good, but the portions are very small and have little to no meat (I’ve ordered pad Thai with scallops the last two times, and both times there were 3-4 scallops in the entire portion, which is extremely ridiculous considering they charge more for ordering scallops. Three scallops- are you kidding me). The food is great, but you just aren’t getting what you pay for here. Very frustrated.

I really enjoyed everything I've tried from here, pad see ew with beef, Tom yum soup, and chicken satay. Minus one star because I ordered TO GO and they forgot the peanut sauce for the satay.

Very delicious food and the staff is courteous and helpful, I enjoy coming her to eat. Food is amazing!

Great food and reasonable prices. The wait staff is always very friendly and right on top of things. Everything I've eaten here is excellent. This place is a real gem.
