Super oily, the egg plant dish was so oily i had to drain it to be able to have it. Had it been less oily, i would have given it 4 stars. Also, the tofu in my egg plant dish was fried for an extended amount of time and was very dry. Because of these reasons, i didnt get to enjoy my dish.however, in the end, they brought us little red signs for the chinese new year, which was nice
GREAT Food, Good Service, DELICIOUS DUMPLINGS!!! I have been here several times with my sons for dumplings and soup. The soup dumplings are A MUST and were AMAZING , the steamed or panfried dumplings are delicious, so is the Shao Mai (pork small round dumpling) The BIG bowl Noodle Soups are also delicious and quite filling. I am glad that we discovered Ren Dumpling House, it is a nice change from traditional Chinese food.
Best (only?) soup dumplings around. They are authentic and delicious. Other dishes - noodles, soups, stir fries - are also excellent. An unassuming place with fantastic food.
Soup dumplings here are definitely a must! I could probably eat those for every meal of the day. This was my second time here but the first time dining-in. We split the soup dumplings between two people (so 3 each) but I think I probably should've just gotten those for my main meal. As my entree, I got the Tom Yum soup which was really good because I had a pretty bad sore throat. It was spicy but not too spicy and the bowl was huge. I was able to eat half for lunch and save the rest for dinner. My only issue with it is that it's a bit too oily for my taste.
My first visit here was takeout a few months ago and I got the cold sesame noodles and chili oil dumplings. Both of these are apps so I figured combined together it would be a meal but it ended up being way too much food! Their portions are definitely huge so keep that in mind. As with most places, their food is definitely better for dining in.
Very good food in general. I have been here several times and tried several items on their menu and was always impressed. I love their Soup Dumplings. It is hard to find these dumplings at other restaurants so definitely try them!
I really like their soups. The portions are very generous. You most likely will not be leaving this restaurant hungry.
This place gets busy and the seating very limited. Be prepared to wait if you are planning to dine-in.
