“This location is very close to home in our town and has a very troubled history with various establishments in and out, even though this is Trumbull Center. When Bianco Rosso came in we were skeptical, as all of the former restaurants were nothing special. Well, this time it is VERY different. The updates decor is nice, while it is still a bit of a smaller place. The drinks were perfect, and we have particular demands. The apps were awesome and they split our salad when we just mentioned we were sharing that, which is a nice touch. The entrees were fantastic (beef short rib and the lamb shank), and the pistachio-chocolate desert was one of the best I ever had. This time the place should stick, despite a notoriously problematic landlord. We had a pleasant chat with the new proprietor and wished him very well. We were VERY impressed!”
