Never had authentic ramen, or been to country of origin. So I don't have much of a comparison. However upon doing research of normal ingredients, the dishes were correct. The food was good, much less salt than the ramen I'm used too :p.
Building was plain on my visit, still getting the decor together.
    Staff was polite and helpful.

This place is absolutely lovely. Cute, simple decor, great service, and truly delicious food- clearly made with love. I've been here at various times of day, both when it's quiet, and when it's crowded, and I've never had a long wait. The food is consistently very good. Very authentic, and made with quality ingredients. Definitely kid friendly, but a perfect place for a date night or a business lunch. If you're in the area, don't miss it!

The food itself was good, but came with a few issues: bubble tea didn't come with bubble tea straws, but spoons - very difficult to scoop out the boba through the ice in the drink. One person in our party never got a spoon. They were also out of a number of menu items the evening that we went. And on person's order never got made so it was very delayed (though the restaurant did comp it). The interior of this place leaves much to be desired. It feels very cheap, like your dorm or apartment in college. Cheap thin tables, cheap thin chairs, spaced randomly on the floor. They would do well to section off the room, put in dividers and booths, or even downsize to a smaller place with better atmosphere. The food itself is good, but the overall experience is poor.
