Bagels Plus Deli

Love this place!! Great fresh bagels, awesome cream cheese selection. The sandwiches are good too!

I travel through Bristol every 3 months or so and always call the day before to place an order. Today when I stopped to pick up my bagels there was a note "no garlic bagels". The whole idea of ordering them the day before is to make sure I get my favorites because they always sell out. I was disappointed but ok it happens. Then when I looked in the case to choose replacements I noticed the garlic bagel basket with pieces of garlic on the paper liner. So, either they didn't plan on enough bagels for pre-orders, they took my bagels to give to another customer, or they didn't change the paper liner from the day before. The first two are bad customer service, the last one a little disturbing. In any case this was my favorite bagel stop in Connecticut, may be enough to keep me from returning.

The bagels here are perfectly fluffy and flavorful. They have a huge assortment of bagels from egg all the way to bacon and cheese. They even dye the blueberry bagels to be blue. Not too long of a wait considering they make everything as the orders come in. Very friendly employees, will be returning.

Great quality. Quick and friendly service. Bagels taste great but are really light anf fluffy almost like a bread, not dense as I would expect of a standard bagel. Ill definitely be back though. Their everything bagel is super tasty!
