Fuji Japanese Steakhouse

Well I ordered the Hybachi lobster which was about 28 bucks. Let's just say I wasn't a fan. The lobster was completely overcooked. Like rubber. I've heard it said we eat with our eyes first. The presentation of my dish was blah. The fried rice lacked color and tasted very bland. Just kind of packed into a bowl and turned upside down on my plate. For 28.00 bucks, I felt taken for a ride. They took much more pride and attention to the avocado salad, which was delicious thank goodness, otherwise I would have left still hungry. My daughter ordered a dragon sushi roll and a sliced tuna appetizer. These were also presented beautifully. But were 1/2 the price of my dish. Could have been an off night, but not sure if I will try again. It being a Sat night, you would expect it to be busy. And it was. The Hybachi room was quite active and all seemed to be having a good time. But if you are looking for a peaceful dinner spot, don't go there on Sat night. It was very loud.

Friendly and warm staff. Typical hibachi but really good food overall!!! The scorpion bowl was sweet but kicked my butt! The sushi was fresh and really beautifully presented. The hibachi chefs were funny and the hibachi room was loud and rambunctious with lots of people enjoyed themselves. Such a great warm energy from this place.

Great place to eat hibachi is amazing the chef we get every time is excellent. He is very entertaining

I think that the food was good. I walked in and no one was there, which was surprising. I then looked at the menu and it said rice or noodles. I asked the lady to clarify and see if I get both or not. I didn't. It didn't come with both rice and noodles which sucked because you get it at noble. I think that Noble is more worth it when it comes to money and I think that Noble might have better food as well.

I love this place! They have good lunch specials, good service and great food. I order to go as well as dine in all the time ????
