    Great protein shakes all the flavors are delicious and are sugar free and carb friendly. The shakes don't have that after taste you find in some protein shakes. Would highly recommend for a pre, post or a meal replacement!

    Great protein shakes! Many delicious flavors to choose. I have one for lunch and keeps me satisfied until dinner. Kirsten is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have! 😄
