Just finished the first try of Bite & Tea. We spent the entire meal raving about how great everything was! We got several apps and an entree, thinking there would be leftovers for lunch tomorrow, but all that was left was a little rice. The lychee green tea slush was a great addition as well. We are already talking about what we want to try next. Also, the owner is very friendly. It won't be long before we're back!
We'll certainly return. The red oil wontons and pork ribs were fabulous, along with the pork rice and egg. Wish there were fewer deep-fried items and more healthy choices, but we're happy to have Bite & Tea in Bristol.
This place just opened and it's absolutely amazing! I ordered the salt and pepper chicken popcorn, Taiwanese braised pork and marinated egg rice bowl, and the white peach green tea drink with boba. They were all worthy of a five star. The salt and pepper chicken popcorn is on the salty side so I recommend having it with rice. The texture is crispy and tender. The Taiwanese braised pork and marinated egg rice bowl is perfectly seasoned and well balanced. The prices are more than reasonable and the service was wonderful. The most friendly owners I've ever met! Lastly, their fruity teas are refreshing, especially with the 90+ degree weather we've been having. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something new and fresh.

I visited again and tried the pork buns, the Strawberry fresh milk drink with boba, and the Korean Coffee Foam drink! All absolutely amazing! I would recommend this to anyone interested in refreshing drinks with an Asian twist and flair! The Korean Coffee foam drink was the star of the visit. It's rich, creamy, and smooth. Definitely mix the coffee foam in with the milk for the best flavor payoff!
Everything about the food here is legit. Everyone at home was pleased with the meal. The crispy egg crepes and scallion pancakes were delicious; the red bean buns were absurdly good; we lost our minds over the Taiwanese braised pork rice (even the marinated eggs were some of the best I've had); the noodles with soy bean and pork paste was to die for. We didn't try the teas yet, but everything was spot on and we intend on visiting many more times.
My son Shane and I eat there at least 3 times a week. The owner is always friendly and awesome. The food is always amazing and healthy. I would recommend eating there to at least try the food. Everything there is amazing. Good job guys. Awesome restaurant.
