(March 16, 2023, 10:00 pm)The food truck was outside of our Thursday brewery, so we tried it. I had the potato pierogi with homemade sour cream and apple butter. It was amazingly delicious. All fresh, all tasty. We will definitely be tracking them down in the future. I will travel for this food truck!

(March 9, 2023, 12:06 am)Authentic kielbasa and perogies from a food truck parked at a brewery (Counterweight Wednesdays) - honestly what more could you ask for out of food and beverage?
Food is clearly homemade and delicious made by craftsment who dearly care about the art.
Will be back. Often.
