Sonic Drive-In

I love Sonic. I would go all the time when I lived in TX. They were always fast, convenient and had tons of drink choices. The Sonic in Bristol CT is terrible. There were empty cars parked in the stalls. It took more than 10 minutes to order and more than 20 to actually get our food. We didn't get the utensils we needed, my daughter got the wrong meal and I got the wrong drink. It was correct on the screen when I ordered. The staff were polite, the food was hot but unless you have more than an hour to get your "fast food" you should just keep driving to another restaurant. I hadn't been to this Sonic in over three years because of a similar experience back then. I thought I'd give it a second chance but I was wrong. This was their last shot. I'm done. I'll drive further to Wallingford or Manchester. Both of those are faster and better.

Food was really good for fast food! I love fast food but can't handle all the grease, the burgers were so tasty without all the grease! Prices were even cheaper then most of the other fast food restaurants. I would definitely recommend Sonic, I know I'll be coming back.

This place is a little slow but I think its worth it. I have the dining room all to myself. The burgers are very good and anything frozen is great. Milkshakes are out of this world. Just be sure to have some free time. They are not quick.
