KFC

Service is slow and they have a tendency to close 20 min before their close time. Friday nights they are only open until 9pm, on my visit on friday they closed 20 min early. They so disappointed our family

Greagory provided extreamly good customer customers service and he deserves a 5 start rating. However the overall for the resturant is 4 stars because there food quality realative to other KFC's isn't always 5 stars. I've been here many times.

Nearly every time I go here there is a mistake with my order, usually it's that they forget the biscuits, especially if I order extra biscuits, and I always use drive-thru so it's always too late when I find out. Today I anticipated this, so I checked my bag before driving off and sure enough I was shorted. They tried to argue with me (over a biscuit, really?) that was supposed to come with my meal. I had to pull everything out of the bag to show them. And then they handed me a single biscuit with saying anything.

This is a KFC / Taco Bell store. One counter for both menus. I haven't been to KFC in a while. The last time I went was in West Springfield, and I definitely was not impressed. This store impressed me though. There were a lot of workers that all seemed to be focused on their tasks. The menus was easy to read and the food was delivered promptly. The counter worker was friendly and helpful. I would think people don't usually go here for the health benefits but a three piece chicken dinner is cheaper than a burger/fries meal at Wendy's.
