Completely satisfied with our experience here. We were making a long trip after a very long day and needed real food in a timely manner. The waitress was awesome and made sure our food came out quickly. I had the lemon pepper trout which was great!! The only bad thing that Incan say is that the the house salad is the side salad with some bacon bits and croutons added. Not with the added charge, but everything else was great!!
I came her for a breakfast birthday celebration. There was about twenty people that attended. They were almost able to seat us all together. Some dishes were served warm not hot and one side of the table was served while the other side had to watch them eat. My meal was served with an item missing and I wasn't the only one this happened too. The wait was long for the side that got served last. Things like drinks you had to remind them to get after waiting awhile. There was two servers waiting on our party. But it was clear on this day they were having a hard time serving such a large party. I will say the biscuits were good as always.
Great food and atmosphere. Service is always on point and friendly. Everything I order always delicious and made right. Better than other cracker barrels I have been to. But please ditch the "community" biscuits and gravy lol, my party and I don't like to share one bowl of gravy, would definitely like to double dip in my own gravy.
You can get so much food super cheap here, it comes out lightning-fast, and it's delicious. The best place to eat in the area. (Try the iced vanilla latte!)
Enjoyed visit to eat and poke around the gift shop with Mother of 87yrs. She loves the food, and so do I. Do have one comment about our server. She never smiled during any of our interactions today. Just seemed so unusual for the Cracker Barrel to not have a server smile at her patrons. We were nice and kind to her. If she was feeling blue, our smiles back at her could have made her feel like someone cared.
