    Great Experience, I was met with a "welcome to Dunkin" when I entered, a smile at the counter and even the bathroom was nice and claen! A+ all the way!

    It was raining and the drive through had a huge line. Fortunately the staff was very effective and I was barely waiting for two minutes with ~4 cars in front of me. Drive through server understood my order (which can be difficult with the speakers/microphone). My iced coffee was decently mixed and made perfectly.

    Mark was my server & he was a great guy. He was very polite and we had a nice conversation. He even gave me a little discount for being unconvinced when two cars who did not appear to be handicapped parked in the only two spaces prvided. I am handicapped and have the proper placcard for this space. He was so kind it made a difference.

    Great location on Elm street (state route 220).Easy_on_easy_ off exit 48 of interstate 91.Drive thru available but no outdoor seating. Male and female restrooms available. The inside space is spacious and good for groups or for dining alone.Plenty of parking including handicapped spaces and a handicapped entrance.
