Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Their dishes are delicious and generous. My 4 year grandson loves the garlic bread which is a challenge to even get one to eat since he grabs them immediately. The food is a little pricey but generous portions make left over for the next day so it's like buying two meals for the price of one. Eating from Olive Garden sounds good to me especially if the leftovers are brought to work or school. The aroma in the air is excellent advertising for Olive Garden and sets the pace for many a returns.

Went with a party of 14. They were gracious enough to allow 2 wait staff for our group. Food was wonderful and served piping hot. Wait staff was top notch. Had a terrific time.

Good food. Great service. Waitress was running slightly behind so the manager came by to take our order so we didn't have to wait. Waitress came over and was kind, warm and great with the kids. Really connected with my energetic 4 year old and made him feel heard. Checked on us just enough and responded to our every need quickly even though the restaurant was pretty busy. I do not remember her name, but Olive Garden should be proud of her.

Last weekend my girlfriend and I went to this Olive Garden. Upon getting out of my car I slipped and fell on a huge sheet of ice in their parking lot (see photos). After brushing my self off I walked into the restaurant and told the manager of the floor that I just fell and there was a huge sheet of ice in the lot. His only reply was “we don’t service the parking lot so there’s nothing we can do.” - We we’re shocked at how nonchalantly the manager dealt this this. We brushed it off and had our meal. The salad and bread sticks were the best part of the meal as my chicken parmigiana was chewy. The server was very good however. We won’t be going back to this Olive Garden any time soon.

UPDATE: Since posting my review, upper management with the Olive Garden went out of their way to contact me and express concern for my experience in early February. They went above and beyond to make it right so I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars. We just went back there tonight and it was a pleasant experience. The food was as you’d expect.

Tracy, our server was awesome! She was very attentive & I'm glad she told me how delicious the meatballs are. Food was fantastic. We had a really nice table, very comfortable. It was the perfect place to celebrate our friend's birthday.
