(August 25, 2018, 5:23 pm)We were in from out of town and found this little gem. Food was delicious and we fed our family of 7 for an affordable price. Owner was very nice! We will be back whenever we’re in CT!!

(July 28, 2018, 6:43 pm)As always it's great. Perfect stop after 30 miles of biking on the Farmington Canal Trail. But don't just go there after a ride. Carol's is a great time!

(June 16, 2018, 5:34 pm)Do yourself a favor and stop here for lunch. Service is quick and efficient, which is awesome because she is always super busy. The dogs are steamed and have great flavor. Plenty of different toppings to make it how you like it.. Try the coleslaw too, hands down she has the best homemade coleslaw I've ever eaten!

(June 6, 2018, 5:23 pm)I've driven past here almost daily since it opened and never stopped. Well today my wife and I stopped here and wow we've been missing out!
The food is fantastic, the service is beyond exceptional and the whole experience is just amazing. Every little detail is there, from a train cart type theme to the little details of the shelf brackets having a "C" in them. You can actually chat with people here and you're not being rushed around. I wish I had stopped at this gem months ago.
