Chef Jiang

Second time in a week to try out this newly opened Chinese restaurant. I must say this is definitely a hidden gem. It’s spacious inside. The decor is classy. The high ceiling and the seating design feel airy and well ventilated. Now talk about the best part:the food. The Chinese name of the restaurant suggests it’s a combined cuisine of Hunan and Sichuan which are spicy in different ways. All the dishes we ordered came out very tasty. The ingredients were fresh. Recommend pickle fish, spicy leap frog, eggplant, spicy cauliflower. Next time I will skip fish head with diced red hot pepper though as it’s way too spicy even to me who has very high tolerance of spicy hot.

Went to lunch with a friend today. Absolutely the best in CT area.
I do not care too much about spicy food so we ordered two not spicy dishes. They are good. Definitely come back. It's hard to find a classy real Chinese place in a non big city and Chef Jiang made it happen. Thank you !

When you walk in and hear Chinese languages being spoken from most guests, you know you have found good Chinese food. And they kept general tso's on the menu for Americans that need it. :) The tea is fresh and delicious and the food is perfection.

We went there yesterday for lunch, it was the most authentic Chinese food we had so far. It is very clean and spacious inside.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is very delicious and area is clean and sanitize. I would definitely go again!!!!
