The only thing better than the service at First & Last Tavern is the food. We were seated promptly and attended to by helpful and friendly staff. The food was first rate and a small mistake was taken care of swiftly and to our complete satisfaction. It was such a wonderful experience that we hated leaving.

Great place to eat. Service is excellent and a family oriented. The menu is pretty big and prices are great. The only concern is that the parking is across a bussy road.
A fabulous place. Consistently very good to excellent food. Decent beer selection. Lively bar. Attentive, friendly service. One of our most frequent go-to spots. A Hartford institution, and rightfully so.
