    The food is good but the service is blah. The waitress gave my friend and I the impression that we we're not wanted there. It was obvious we we're being treated different. This is unfortunate because this is an authentic restaurant with exceptional food but making a customer feeling welcome is as equally important.

    They have an excellent cheese chile relleno. Meals come without tortillas, be aware of that and ask for your side from the start.

    I absolutely love this place. It was my go-to when I was in Hartford for school and, now that I am back in the area 10+ years later, I am so thankful that it's still around and still amazing.

    The chicken enchiladas with mole sauce are perfect - and I get an extra side of the sweet corn cake, which is worth a trip on its own.

    The staff are attentive and friendly, the decor is cheerful.... my only complaint is that parking can sometimes be annoying.

    Come here every time I visit Hartford. Comfortable quiet setting with excellent food and friendly service. Can't wait to go back.
