Only place in this food court area that isn’t a soulless corporate chain . Just had the best breakfast sandwich and had a nice chat with the proprietors who were super nice. Give these people your business!!! They deserve it

the people are nice. the food is okay except the onion rings can be a little crispier. and their chicken wrap was a nice size but then they cut it half of what it was the first time I had it.

Very tasty food, but legitimately, the guy here needs to stop yelling at his employees. It makes getting lunch here very uncomfortable sometimes, plus I feel bad for these employees that are doing great jobs.

First time at The Burger Boss. Fantastic food. One of the best cheese burgers I’ve had in a long time! If I am in Hartford for lunch this is my place. Try to get there just before noon! Everyone loves this place. Well worth the wait if there is a line! Love the Boss Sauce!

First of all, if you're going to give a 1 star rating and follow that up with some nonsensical review, try to be objective and not subjective. This place is hands down one of the best breakfast and lunch joints in the area. Roberta, Ken, and company go above and beyond for their customers and they really pride themselves in delivering a quality product and experience. I've never had a bad meal there in the last 2 years I've been working in the downtown area. Burgers are delicious and made to order, sandwiches rival nearby deli's and they now have a variety of FRESH entree sized salads that are also made to order, not some premade container of soggy lettuce that's been sitting around in a cooler...hats off to you, Roberta and Ken, for your continued success and forget the trolls and negative comments. With all the options in the area, the daily massive lunch line speaks for itself!
