Best chicken hands down in Ct and parts of mass for that matter.......Very friendly staff and great service....... I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and I am not exaggerating when I say that I have never ever had bad food or service here..... I’d give it 100 but 5 is the highest rating.......price is gd too

Summary: For the price and quality, Broasterant may serve the best fried chicken in the Hartford area. The fried chicken is consistently juicy and seasoned perfectly. The chicken plate is also accompanied by a mountain of french fries and dinner roll. The owner is very friendly and the service is excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Great, worth a detour

The Chicken here is Excellent!!! With such limited options I thought it would be suspect. But nahhhhh I was wrong. Its all about the quality of the chicken. Number 2 on my list of Chicken Spots n the State!!!

If you are hungry in the middle of the night, this is the place. Very good and cheap fried chicken. Family place, people are very nice and friendly.

I haven’t had fried chicken this good in the Hartford area since mid-nineties when American Legion used to sell fried chicken (or may still). I love the lightly flacked batter and especially the way it’s seasoned and fried to a golden crisp, beautifully. The oil used is of great quality because I’m a fine domestic who knows quite a bit about cooking. It’s just that good! One of Hartford’s best, if not The Best.
