Burger King

Service was fast n the chicken sandwich meal was perfect. But we ordered 2 tacos n the tacos we got did NOT match the picture. It had a bean burrito taste, looked like it came done n just zapped in microwave n then fresh lettuce was added to it.

Good food .nice people.

I actually live closer to the Airport Road Burger King. I always drive to this Burger King on New Britain Avenue because there service is excellent!! I like my fries and onion rings hot! They NEVER get an attitude or just disregard my request!! The staff is always friendly and professional!! Keep up the great work and awesome customer service!!

I was amazed! Normally, you know, its fast food, the people aren't all that happy, teting to rush you and all that blah blah. This woman who took our order never stopped smiling and, well, my husband and I can get pretty silly with a few jokes going back and forth to each other and try to bring the person into it. She was so awesome. Not only that, she waited until we were ready, and the woman who was standing at another station mentioned that we were ready to order. I worked in fast food for a stint, so I know what it's like. Not always easy as people assume. But to have another staff member, in a different area, that is obviously paying attention to the surroundings says, I think they are ready to order. It made me take a step back and, I was like........whoooooo! I've never been to this particular one in that area. If you know anything about Hartford, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I could not believe their smiles, attitudes, demeanor, and personalities! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
