    I love coming to this place. I see that some of you have had a bad experience but if you have any issues you can call and ask for the owner Al he really cares about his customers and is very friendly. Idk where these bad reviews are coming from maybe the competition ???? but as far as I know this is a great place with wonderful defilement hard working people.

    I was in Hartford for four days and this spot came up HUGE for me. Delicious, healthy smoothies and breakfast served up by a friendly staff at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend coming here for breakfast or lunch to anyone staying in Hartford.

    A wonderful, neighborly, friendly market & deli. The wait is short, prices are reasonable, and the staff is super friendly!

    As for the food, it's simple yet filling. A no-frills lunch for a workingman. I highly recommend the deli meats, as its their specialty.
