    Kickin pho, nice people, delicious summer rolls, and the vietnamese coffee hit the spot. New best Pho in Hrtfd!

    This was a cute restaurant. I was surprised by the short menu (it’s one page) but I heard they do specials as well. It was a good price for the amount of food.

    However, my one suggestion would be that they add a vegetarian options. :)

    As we walked in, we were promptly greeted by owner and offered tea and water. We ordered a specialty beef and shrimp pho. It was lunch time and the meals was made fresh, delicious and were quite filling.
    Remember to ask for the specialty Vietnamese coffee, it has a strong and robust flavor.
    Pho Ever was such a great little spot and provided just what we needed before jumping back on our journey.
