    The GM is awesome! Makes sure that any comments or concerns brought to the staff are addressed by him directly. That says a lot about him and his staff, especially for a chain restaurant.

    I like IHOP. Serving sizes are massive especially the omelets. The wait staff was attentive made it worthwhile. The food was fresh. I ordered beef tips and they were tender not chewy and melted in my mouth with the mashed potatoes.mushrooms and gravy. Unexpectedly good and tasty

    They would have gotten a 5, but the waitresses seem weird at times. There's a few sprinkle of good waitresses in there that well constantly check on the customers. This would be a 5.

    I'm a huge crape fan so iHop is my go to usually. The one here in Manchester is r really great. Nice staff and usually quite quick with being seated on their busy times.
