(April 17, 2019, 5:42 am)I have not been to this location in over a year because of past experiences. Tonight I decided to give it a try again. I was greeted by a young lady who I found out was their new General Manager. She sat us down and got us some drinks because our waiter (Connor) was putting together a Togo order. I told her we had not been in for a long time so she went through some of the changes in the menu. We recieved our food and drinks very quickly. I am definitely returning. Kayla was amazing as well as connor. Past management and service at this location was bad. Long waits at the door, cold food, poor service, dirty conditions. My last visit I was told by one of their Male managers that the hair in my food was mine! I am pleased to see that this location has been cleaned up and fixed quite a bit as well. I saw the way Kayla communicated with her employees and guests and can tell she is very professional. Connor was a great waiter and great with his tables. I will be asking for him again. Did I mention we got some coupons for next time. ;)
Please let Kayla and Connor know we will be back because of them.
