Excellent food and service every single time. I've been going here for years. It's a tiny place with a great selection of sushi and everything always tastes fresh. Cash only, but they have an ATM inside. They have some original rolls that I haven't seen anywhere else. The owners, along with some help when it's busy, are the ones serving and making your food, and they make sure it's an outstanding experience every time. I always eat in but there is always lots of people picking up takeout when I'm there. I travel the world for work and eat sushi all over, and I'm lucky to have my favorite place so close to home.

Was adequate. Service was good, there was an slight inconvenience due to the fact that you can't pay with a credit or debit card. There was no alcohol to my despair, but the free water made up for it. They supplied napkins that worked, however, they were bland and the color was not pleasing (it was white). The music was quite loud to the point that I think I am going deaf. The T.V helped me to survive the wait for food, as I enjoyed the basketball game. The food was good, however it was all the same. the sushi did not vary in flavor. The miso soup was scrumptious, I would definitely order it again. Overall good family owned restaurant, I recommend that you check it out. Maybe one day Guy will come rolling in and they will make it on Diner, Drive ins and Dives.

Awesome sushi in Newington CT. Hole in the wall in a neighborhood plaza. Great menu, very fair prices, generous portions. Worth the experience if you enjoy good sushi.
