PRIME BURGERS RESTAURANT, BAR & GRILL

The name of the restaurant is deceiving. The name makes you think of only hamburgers but this restaurant is so much more. The inside is beautiful. The patio is appealing. The menu is very good but could use a few more choices. Male waiters which give the restaurant a certain panache. Service was good as was the food and plenty to take home. We did not have the hamburgers but they were huge and looked delicious as all of the dishes did as we saw them being served.

Came in here a few months ago shortly after they opened. Not going to lie the first time I was disappointed with the temperature of my burger. I ordered a burger medium well and it came out blue. Fast forward a few months and I decided I wanted to give Prime Burger another shot due to only being once prior with a poor experience shortly after they opened I figured they have some wrinkles that needed to be ironed out. Now I cannot say enough good things about this place! Have been in the past two Saturdays and the consistency is on point! The Fried Calamari with the chipotle sauce is to die for. It is lightly battered so it’s not soggy or anything when it comes out of the kitchen. The burger is beautifully seasoned and has the perfect amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful, never do I have to ask for a refill on water which I love. Right when they see the glass half empty, they come and fill it right up. Haven’t spoke to the owner but he seems to be very passionate and helpful with his staff which I love to see. I’ve been in the restaurant business before and have only experience owners that like to act as dictators, but when the kitchen gets backed up Enzo is in the back coordinating and getting his hands dirty along side his kitchen staff. This is my go to spot every Saturday without a doubt now! Enzo, I hope you read this and want you to know you have done a fantastic job with this restaurant and I’m beyond happy I gave your restaurant another chance! Best burgers around and it is not even close!

When you’re a restaurant with the word “Burger” in the title, im expecting some good burgers. Prime didn’t deliver that for me. Don’t get me wrong, the service was good and the menu offers a ton of options. But the burger I ordered tasted like something from a chain establishment. A frozen patty that didn’t offer much flavor. I know, I sound like your typical jerk online food critic, but this area is packed with some fantastic burger restaurants. For those prices, you gotta give me more than a frozen premade patty.

Honestly would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the female waitress/hostess. She seemed very cold and impersonal. The gentleman Amar was great and attentive.

The smoked garlic parmesan wings were the second best wings I've had. They had a great crispy texture and flavorful.

I had the black and Bleu burger which was tasty with its melty cheese although my daughter found it a bit too salty for her taste.

Overall I would give it a 4.5/5 stars because of the server but besides that I'd give it a 5 for everything else.
