Awesome spot on a warm day, very family friendly.

Great place. Staff real nice. BYOB. On the CT River. Reasonable pricing.

My much better half and I went there for lunch. I had the lobster burger, yes that's right lobster and burger, kind of a surf and turf on a buttery briosche, and he had the Maui burger, which is with pineapple and a teriyaki sauce. We opted for the tomato/cucumber salad with feta and balsamic as a side instead of french fries. Good choice all the way around. The food was awesome, the staff was all friendly, the owner was also very personable and came out to talk with us, we got our food quickly, and eating outside on a gorgeous summer day overlooking the water? Can't beat it. I am so glad we gave this place a try. Definitely check this place out, we will be back!

This was the best dining experience my family and I have ever had, hands down! We took the ferry over from Glastonbury which was fun for the kids, and all had the lobster roll platters. The french fries were cut in a unique shape and were all perfectly fried. The coleslaw, usually the least desirable element of such a platter, was delicious, fresh and crisp, and actually all of my kids ate all of it. The lobster roll was amazing- large chunks of sweet lobster with a light dressing and a little dill, served on a perfectly grilled extra- long roll. Definitely one of the best lobster rolls we have ever had!
The set up was great with lots of clean picnic tables and everything was very clean and orderly inside the grill when we ordered. Also, the food came out really fast- and with kids that is so helpful!
The only down side to this experience was that it started pouring as we were finishing our meal and we had to get in the car. But we didn't let that get us down- it was such a fun day! We will definitely be back to do this again when the weather is a little better:)
