Chili's Grill & Bar

Heather the bartender at night is pure awesome. My friends had insisted we eat food like 20 mins before close, having known people in the restaurant industry I know how annoying that is. She was very accommodating to my friend's insatiable food lust, and made us feel welcome. Every time I come here she is on top of things and very friendly to everyone, and from a business perspective she does a great job at recommending items and upselling.

As far as chain restaurants go I think this is my wife's favorite. I think Chili's is ok but I would go to somewhere else. Even to another chain restaurant for drinks like a margarita. I think Chili's should have one of the best on the margaritas for a chain but they don't. The BBQ is just ok for me. Burgers... Okay. tacos...okay. Outside of great service and a good tap selection with a few tasty appetizers I wouldn't even set foot in the door. When it comes to food everyone has an opinion. Lots of people love this place. I don't.

I'm gonna name drop and just say this guy is awesome he always does a great job, definitely appreciate the nice and friendly service.

Food was good, service fine. However, when you walked in there was all kinds of stuff on carpet which badly needed vacuuming First impression was not the best. The rest of visit was okay.

Met the manager who made sure to welcome everyone and shake hands. Impressive. Food is the same. Needs more vegetarian options. Cheapest draft beer prices anywhere! And they have regular beer, not just local craft beers like all the other restaurants in Avon. Thanks.
