Subway

This is a nice, quiet and friendly family environment. The employees are very helpful and they provide excellent service.

While there, I had a very minor issue with my sandwich. I told Steve and he listened to me very attentively without any complaint. Then, he addressed my concerns and happily helped me rebuild my entire sandwich again.

Thank you very much for the exceptional customer service. I look forward to dining here again soon.

Staff was friendly. Allowed us to split footlong with two different toppings.
Introduction of gluten-free bread would be welcomed.

This Subway is amazing. I've been going there for a while . They remember my face every time and they remember exactly what sandwich or sandwiches I get. And no matter who it is they always know exactly what cookie my son likes. As far as all subways in southington they can learn a lesson from this one.. and rock on Alex for the x-mas display in the window. Thank u Meriden Waterbury turnpike Subway for being so awesome.
