Gohan Sushi

Outstanding! A true student of Sushi, the fish was beautifully cut, seasoned and presented. Special rolls are fun but well balanced. Hamachi nigiri was pristine. Surf clam was briny and fresh. Mackerel is pungent but delicious, Striped bass nigiri was incredibly fresh but could use a bit more nikiri for my tastes as the zest was very bright. Homemade Soy sauce takes everything to the next level. Will be coming back often to try the rest of menu. Down the line an omakase offering with some less common fish/shellfish and when available some real wasabi could take this place to the next level.
