During my most recent visit, I did not order anything. However, my friends ordered kale salad, brussel sprouts, burger topped w/egg, truffle fries and dessert that reminds you of a Hostess cupcake. Everyone liked their food & drinks. The only downside to this visit was that the dessert had a long hair in it. The waitress gladly removed this item from the bill but it was quite disgusting.
My Philly cheese steak burger was AMAZING!!! Everyone else said there food was good. So good we had to take it home and eat it the next day and it was still good. I will be back and I will recommend this place to anyone!!
Food & Drink consistently reliable with burgers cooked to order. Kitchen very accommodating, so if you want something prepped a certain way (say, grill the bun dark) tell the server & they'll do it. If this will be your 1st time, ask the server to explain how their burger patty differs from other burgers. If you're undecided about a beer that's new to you, the bartender will give you a small taste. In-town location and very popular, so most parking is on-street. Pretty sure this was their first location as a Plan B and it's the one we like best. They have an "empire" now!
My go to burger spot and the best burger I've had in central Connecticut.
The range of burgers is diversified nicely, but they're all cooked as ordered (pink or not pink) and presented flawlessly.
Plan B brings the same inventiveness and care to side dishes. The fries are served up perfectly, whether plain, truffle, sweet potato, hand cut etc.
The optional greens and other non-potato sides are just as tasty. I perpetually look forward to my next meal there.
You might say Plan B is very often my plan A:)
