It’s refreshing to get great food and good customer service.

Great TSO = GREAT FOOD, place may not look high end especially for West Hartford but packs a punch in quality and flavor and these folks are open longer than the other lazy places. I uploaded the menu as 99% of restaurants in CT don’t know the internet exists lol.

GF and I ordered take out last night and were happily surprised--it's not your typical chinese takeout. All ingredients tasted fresh, the chicken and pork were really good cuts of meat, the shrimp were large and plentiful, and even the pork fried rice (which I usually never eat) was not the fake yellow greasy stuff with dubious dried bits of pork, but fresh rice sauteed with fresh veggies. The house lo-mein didn't have strong flavor, but the ingredients were quality--a fine dish. Bonus--we called at prime dinner time and were told the order would take 40 - 45 min but they arrived in 35. This is our go-to take out from now on.
