Kaliubon Ramen

Has never failed me. Since they opened, the quality of service has been the same - friendly staff and knowledgeable of their menu. The food is very good. To me the ramen broth is not too salty, not too spicy. The noodles are chewy as it should be. It was my daughter's first time and she's the wing master...she ordered the Korean style chicken wings. It passed her palate! Not too spicy, not too sweet for her but super crunchy yet sticky. It was a perfect balance of sweetness and heat. If you're new I suggest the curry ramen and wings (see pics). Will be back again simply because I love ramen!

The ramen is pretty good. The beef ramen is pretty spicy, get the chili paste if you'd like to spice up your meal.

Drove 40 minutes for dinner tonight at Angry Tofu, we arrived at 9pm, like we did last Saturday night. All signs and website says they are open until 10pm. We were told the kitchen closed early because they were slow? Asked to speak with the manger and was told there wasn’t one?
Luckily we found Kaliubon Ramen right down the street, they too are open until 10pm, but the place was friendly and packed. We enjoyed 3 awesome tofu dishes. I’d recommend Kaliubon Ramen to all over angry tofu.
We’re leaving now at 950pm and they are still seating customers.

Place and food was awesome but service is not good. Servers are not friendly. Pls improve your service experience to provide better customer experience with your foods.

Great selection. I had the vegetable ramen and it was great! Not salty, very flavorful. Their garlic and truffle edamame appetizer was awesome too. Also great selection of beer on tap and their menu, and bubble tea!
